On-Site Home & Office visits are $45 for the trip charge** and then $45 for the first hour - and $11.25 for each additional 1/4 hour during regular business hours.  To save money, you can bring your computer to my shop (see contact us page for a map). I will let you know what it takes to repair the computer and how much it will cost before I do anything.  If parts are necessary, in most cases I have used parts which are much less expensive than buying new parts. If you want new parts, that is no problem at all. One last thing, if you don't need service now add this site to your favorites for the future. You should also print this page and save it in a safe place in case you cannot get your computer to start.
